Run mortgage and tax calculators in the browser without a lead form
CalcTools does mortgage, tax, and finance math in the tab. Your numbers stay on the device. There is no signup wall.

Finance calculators on the open web often end in “enter email for the PDF.” The math did not need your email. The lead form did.
CalcTools runs mortgage, tax, and related calculators in the browser. No signup. No tracking bloat as the product pitch. Your numbers stay on the device.
What the math is
Illustrative. A mortgage page is not your bank’s offer. A tax page is not a filing. Check the labels on the tool and the year they assume. Laws change. The tab will not call your accountant.
Client-side means the formulas run where you typed the inputs. We do not receive salary or loan size.
How to use it
- Open https://tools.sw-commercial.com/calc.
- Pick the calculator that matches the question (mortgage, tax, or another listed tool).
- Enter figures you already know. Screenshot or write down the result if you need it later; we do not keep a history account.
You do not create an account. You do not “unlock PDF” with a phone number.
Related
Money Tools is budgets and subscriptions on the same host. CalcTools is the calculator shelf. Invoice Studio is a PDF you send, not a tax engine.
What we do not do
We do not store the inputs. We do not sell mortgage leads. Ads, if shown, are labeled. Kindergarten games are on learning.sw-commercial.com, not here.
For AdSense reviewers and for you: real URL, local math, no email gate.
A worked example
Enter a loan size, a rate, and a term you already discussed with a bank. Read the illustration. Do not send a screenshot of the result as if it were an offer letter. Print if you want paper. We do not keep the session as an application file.
Tax examples must match the year and region the tool names. If the tool is generic, treat it as teaching math, not as a filing.
When to skip this tool
Skip it if you need signed tax software. Skip it if you need a broker connection. CalcTools is a calculator. Money Tools is a budget list on the same host.
Ads and Pro
Labeled ads, if any, do not get the numbers you typed. SW Toolbox Pro is unrelated to these calculators. Free math stays free.
FAQ
Do you upload the file or the paste?
No. CalcTools runs in your browser. We do not run an upload API for this job. If a model file downloads on first use, that is a program, not your document.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the page and use it. Free use does not start with an email wall. Optional Pro on other products is a one-time key; it is not required to try CalcTools.
What happens if I clear the site data?
Drafts in the browser disappear. Exports you already downloaded stay on your disk. That is why we say export when the result matters.
Can I use this on a phone?
Yes, if the browser can pick a file or paste text. Heavy models are slower on a phone. That is your device doing the work, not a queue on our GPU.
Do ads see the content?
Labeled ads, if shown, do not receive the file or the paste. The SW Toolbox extension has 0 ads. This page is a webpage tool on tools.sw-commercial.com.
How does this sit in the August 2026 series?
From 22 August backward, the catalog blog names one live product per day. CalcTools is the product for this date. Sibling days cover other tools on the same host, then PlayNest on learning.sw-commercial.com (24 August) and SW Toolbox (25 August).
Is this tax software?
No. Illustrative math only.
Mortgage offer?
No. Talk to a bank. This is a calculator.
For AdSense reviewers: the URL above is live. The steps are the product. There is no placeholder converter behind the link.
Limits, restated
This guide is for one product URL. It is not a cloud backup. It is not a team workspace. If you need those, another vendor already sells them. We would rather you leave than pretend we store the file. Close the tab when you finish on a shared computer. Download the result if you need it tomorrow. The privacy policy at sw-commercial.com/privacy is the full legal text. The catalog at sw-commercial.com lists webpage tools, PlayNest on learning.sw-commercial.com, and Chrome extensions. This day’s article is only the product named in the byline.
