Privacy Policy

This policy applies to SW Commercial at https://sw-commercial.com and to product subdomains we operate under sw-commercial.com (together, the "Sites"). SW Business ("we") builds client-side tools. We designed them so your files do not need to be uploaded to us.
1. Files and tool processing
When you use a tool (for example PDF merge, image compress, or OCR), processing runs in your browser. We do not operate a file-upload API for those tools, and we do not receive the contents of files you open in them. If a product stores drafts, it uses your browser storage (such as localStorage) on your device.
2. Information we may collect
- Server logs. Our host or CDN may record standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamps) to operate and secure the Sites.
- Analytics (optional). If enabled, we may use a cookieless analytics provider (for example Plausible) to see aggregate page views. It does not use advertising cookies.
- Advertising (optional). If Google AdSense (or a successor partner) is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including limited ads in regions that require them. See Google's policies for details.
- Purchases. If you buy a Pro license, checkout is handled by a third-party seller (for example Gumroad). Their privacy policy covers payment data.
3. BYO API keys (Keychat and similar)
Some products let you paste your own provider API key. That key is stored in your browser and sent only to the provider you select (for example OpenAI or Anthropic). We do not collect those keys on our servers.
4. Cookies
The core Sites do not require an account cookie. If advertising is enabled, ad partners may set cookies subject to your browser settings and regional rules.
5. Children
The Sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
