Write if a live tool misbehaves, a how-to is wrong, or a link 404s. Name the URL you opened (for example tools.sw-commercial.com/heic-to-jpg) and the browser and device. Do not attach invoices, IDs, or family photos. The converters run in your tab on purpose; we do not need the file to debug the page.
Privacy
Write if you have a question about what we store. The short version is on the privacy policy: file tools do not upload your documents. Ads, if shown, are labeled Google ads and do not receive the file you opened.
