Plan weekly meals on your device without a recipe-network login
Meal Planner keeps the week and the shop list in the browser. We do not receive what you eat or your household size.
3 min read
Recipe sites want an account so they can email you and rank ingredients. A week of dinners does not need that. It needs a grid and a shop list you can print or copy.
Meal Planner is that grid in the browser. Weekly meals and shopping lists stay on the device.
Why local
A meal plan can reveal allergies, a child’s school nights, and whether you eat meat. That is household data. Client-side means the work stays in the tab. We do not build a profile of your kitchen.
Drafts use browser storage if the product saves them. Export anything you want next week on another device. Clearing site data clears the plan.
How to plan a week
- Open https://tools.sw-commercial.com/meal.
- Fill dinners first; lunches follow leftovers more often than blogs admit.
- Build the shop list from the plan, not from memory in the aisle.
- Export or print if you shop without a phone battery.
You do not create an account. You do not subscribe to a meal kit through this page.
Recipes
The Chrome family includes Recipe Saver as a separate extension, not as a login inside Meal Planner. Until that listing is live, paste a recipe URL into your own notes. Meal Planner is the week, not the social graph of cooks.
Related: Home Inventory if you are listing appliances, not groceries.
What we do not do
We do not store the meal plan. We do not sell grocery leads. Ads, if shown, are labeled. File tools remain on tools.sw-commercial.com.
For AdSense reviewers and for you: real URL, local week, no recipe-network signup.
A worked example
Fill Monday to Friday dinners with five meals you already cook. Generate or copy a shop list. Take it to the store as a printout or a note. If the week changes, edit the tab, do not start a new account on a recipe network.
Allergies belong in your own head and on a card in a wallet if needed, not as a marketing tag in our database. We do not have that database.
Households
One browser, one plan. A second phone is a second copy unless you export. That is the same rule as the other life lists in this series.
When to skip this tool
Skip it if you want calorie sync from a wearable. Skip it if you want community recipes with comments. Meal Planner is the week grid. Recipe Saver is a separate family extension when that listing is live; it is not a login inside this page.
File conversion of a handwritten menu photo can go through TextLens OCR on a later day in this series, still on-device.
FAQ
Do you upload the file or the paste?
No. Meal Planner runs in your browser. We do not run an upload API for this job. If a model file downloads on first use, that is a program, not your document.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the page and use it. Free use does not start with an email wall. Optional Pro on other products is a one-time key; it is not required to try Meal Planner.
What happens if I clear the site data?
Drafts in the browser disappear. Exports you already downloaded stay on your disk. That is why we say export when the result matters.
Can I use this on a phone?
Yes, if the browser can pick a file or paste text. Heavy models are slower on a phone. That is your device doing the work, not a queue on our GPU.
Do ads see the content?
Labeled ads, if shown, do not receive the file or the paste. The SW Toolbox extension has 0 ads. This page is a webpage tool on tools.sw-commercial.com.
How does this sit in the August 2026 series?
From 22 August backward, the catalog blog names one live product per day. Meal Planner is the product for this date. Sibling days cover other tools on the same host, then PlayNest on learning.sw-commercial.com (24 August) and SW Toolbox (25 August).
Calories from a watch?
No wearable sync. This is a week grid and a shop list.
Recipe social network?
Not this page. Recipe Saver is a separate extension when listed.
For AdSense reviewers: the URL above is live. The steps are the product. There is no placeholder converter behind the link.
