Build a resume in the browser without uploading your career history

Rezimo exports a resume PDF from the tab. Work history stays on your device. You do not create a job-board profile with us.

Resume builders want an account so they can email “jobs you might like” and keep a copy of every employer name. If you only need a PDF tonight, that is the wrong product.

Rezimo builds and exports a resume in the browser. You do not upload your career history to SW Commercial.

What stays local

Names, dates, and bullet points you type. Drafts may use IndexedDB or localStorage in that browser. Clearing site data removes drafts. Export the PDF if you need it on another machine.

Client-side means the page sends the editor to you. We do not host a public profile URL unless you publish one yourself somewhere else.

How to export

  1. Open https://resume.sw-commercial.com.
  2. Fill work, education, and skills. Use the truth. Applicant-tracking systems still fail on design-heavy tables; keep structure simple.
  3. Download the PDF. Send it from your own mail.

You do not create an account. You do not pay a monthly “resume club.”

Related

Invoice Studio is for invoices, not CVs. If your source is a paper scan, type the lines yourself or OCR them at docs.sw-commercial.com/ocr. Do not upload the scan to a random “resume OCR” site.

What we do not do

We do not store the resume. We do not submit it to boards. Ads, if shown, are labeled. SW Toolbox does not replace Rezimo; it is file tools in Chrome. The download is the resume. There is no profile page on our side for an employer to open.

A worked example

Fill one job, one school, and three bullets. Export PDF. Open it in a reader. Confirm the name is right. That is the product. Fancy two-column layouts still break some ATS parsers; prefer a simple outline.

If you restore from a paper CV, type the lines into Rezimo and check every date. Do not trust an OCR pass you have not read.

When to skip this tool

Skip it if you need a public “talent profile” URL for recruiters to browse. Skip it if you want one-click apply to fifty boards. Rezimo is a PDF you send.

Drafts

IndexedDB drafts are convenience, not a backup. Export. Email the PDF to yourself if that is how you already archive. That is your cloud, not ours.

FAQ

Does Rezimo keep a copy of my career history?

No. The editor runs at resume.sw-commercial.com in your browser. We do not run an upload API for the text you type. Rezimo is not a model download and not a file converter on the tools host.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the page and export. There is no email wall on the download. A Pro key for the Chrome extension is a different product and is not required here.

What if I clear site data or switch computers?

Drafts in that browser disappear. The PDF you already downloaded stays on your disk. Export before you clear data or move to another laptop. Emailing the PDF to yourself is your archive, not ours.

Can I fill this on a phone?

You can, but a resume is easier with a keyboard. The page does not send the draft to a phone app we run. If you start on a phone, export before you close the tab.

Will you submit this to job boards?

No. You download a PDF and send it from your own mail. We do not host a public talent profile and we do not email “jobs you might like.”

Will a two-column layout pass an applicant-tracking system?

Often it will not. Keep one column, real dates, and plain headings. We do not promise a parser will read a designed table.

What to check in the PDF

Open the file in a reader before you attach it. Confirm the name, the most recent job, and that the dates run in the order you intended. A missing month on the current role is the mistake to fix before a missing font. If the source was a paper CV, type the lines and read every date. Do not trust an OCR pass you have not read.

Close the tab when you finish on a shared computer. The privacy policy at sw-commercial.com/privacy is the full legal text. This guide is only Rezimo.
